This property met our needs. Plenty of room in a safe area. The house was clean other than a few dryer sheets found on the floor near the couches (might have been used as air freshener). The house could use a little TLC. There is a kitchen drawer that is a struggle to open and some of the blinds need to be replaced, but nothing that hinders your stay. I would recommend to the owner getting TVs for each bedroom because the master is the only bedroom that has one. There were some board games and pool floats available for use.

Dirty, stains on everything. No amenities, had to run out to buy toilet paper, extra bath towels, legit everything.
Location is sketchy. Nothing close…
Needs a lot of TLC.
No pool lounge chairs… not even enough seating for the main tv area.
