The crown jewel, a truly one-of-a-kind rooftop deck strung with twinkling lights, boasts a shuffleboard table, firepit, and dining table. During sunset, look across the palm-dotted streets to the dramatic beauty of the bay - you'll have a great view of the Sea World fireworks. A separate furnished balcony offers more outdoor space for your group to spread out.

Inside, personality bursts around every corner. Create crowd-pleasing recipes in the chef’s kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and sleek kitchen bar seating. Double-height ceilings, nautical tile, and fish art installations add a real wow factor to this unique cooking space. The owners occupy the granny flat (guest house) on the property which is separated from the house. They do not share any of the guest's space or amenities.
This is a family neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.


This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
