This is the vacation house that you have been looking for! Amazing 3,600 square foot home 5 blocks from the beach! 3 blocks from the main drag of P.B. that has lots of shopping/bars/resturants. House is newly built and comes with all the modern amenities and space you and your friends/family need. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen or drinks poolside. Watch the sunset every night from the rooftop deck with direct ocean views! While being a great house for larger groups we ask that this house not be treated as a “party” house. No bachelor/bachelorette parties no wedding parties no I’m tired of quarantine parties. You get the point. NO PARTYING AT THIS HOUSE! I reserve the right now lock out offenders of this rule! It is close to great night life but is also situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please consider that when deciding if this house is right for your stay. Thank you!!!

The house was very nice. The owner was very quick to respond when turning on the hot tub. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. I thought we were a bit closer to mission beach , but it was fine At pacific Beach The pool needed some cleaning and some chemicals but other than that it was lovely. I would def choose to stay if you have a large group.

The property was perfect for our family, the pool and hot tub was loved by the kids and they spent most waking hours when we were there in them! The roof top was a perfect place for happy hour! the beds comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was super nice for our family 11 engine from 1 to 63:) The kitchen was very spacious and some cool lighting, but the organization and old pot and pans were a disappointment and the refrigerator is missing a shelf which was a pain for all the food we needed to keep cold. The laundry was perfect especially with the pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owner was always just a text away. Thank You I would love to come back again

Controls for the hot tub and heaters need to be on site. I paid for heater to be on during our entire stay. It was on most of the time but there were times where the hot tub was shooting out cold water. Host was responsive once the message was read, but it sometimes took several hours to get the jets on. The house was great, just need to improve on the heater/hot tub situation

We were in town for a guys golf trip. Nine guys stayed at the house and it was super comfortable with a nice pool, jacuzzi and close to all the great restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. Definitely recommend this house if you’re heading to San Diego.

Enjoyed the location and kids loved the pool Property needs some repairs. Will be sending the property manager a list of items Cooking supplies need some attention. Had a pot that the Teflon coating was coming apart that caused the cooked item to have to be tossed out, unsafe to eat. Had great communicators with the property owner to coordinate the use of the hot tub Grandkids did not want to leave, they enjoyed what they called the White House. Thanks for the vacation house, made great family memories.

Our family stayed 10 days in this beautiful house. Plenty of room, excellent communication with host. Pool and hot tub was a wonderful perk. The beach a couple of blocks walking distance, as was a great coffee shop. We had 11 in the family, and everyone was comfortable and very happy!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and great room area were spacious and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi, and backyard area was a lot of fun. After our time at the beach, we really enjoyed spending time in the pool. We also enjoyed the roof top sunsets. On balance a good time enjoyed by all. The linens, kitchen glassware, and pots and pans however could use an upgrade.

Had a great time at this property. We stayed w/ 2 other families and there was plenty of room and the house is very nice, clean and near lots of San Diego's best places. Watching fireworks on the 4th from the roof was really cool The owner was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

Our family loved this house! The hot tub and pool were favorites, of course. The backyard was fantastic for our large family and views were spectacular from the decks! Home was clean and spacious for our family of 13. Lots of shops and restaurants a couple blocks over in addition to the beach! Nice neighborhood and owner was very responsive to our questions and requests to turn on the hot tub. Also close to lots of fun things to do in San Diego. We highly recommend!

This rental was perfect for our family! Great size for 10 people. It was an easy check in and a comfortable stay. I loved that we could walk to the beach! The coffee shop and taco stand around the corner were just a couple of perks of the neighborhood. There were plenty of places to sit and relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Good size for 3 families. The bottom floor sleeping arrangements were not what it appeared from the listing because the room was not private with the way the door is. However, it ended up working for the teenagers. It was frustrating not to have control of the hot tub/pool heating but the property owner was very responsive when we asked for the hot-tub to be on. Overall fun stay!

We had a great time in this house. The owner was prompt to all requests and communicated well. Although the house is off the beach, it's a very walkable distance. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to grocery stores and restaurants. Short 15-20min drive to reach multiple beaches, Sea World, the Zoo, and other locations. House easily slept our group of 11. Would definitely stay here again when we return.

We had not stayed in Pacific Beach before, but it was the perfect place to stay (15-20 min drive to anywhere you want to go around San Diego). The house itself was a great space, lots of room and comfortable. The kitchen, appliances and furniture were pretty worn, but nothing was an issue. Would definitely stay in this house again and recommend it to others.

Excellent house

This is an excellent house for an extended stay with a family. The owner is very communicative and responded within 10-15 minutes. Initial access was a breeze. The owner emailed us entry instructions a day or two ahead of time. The heated pool was excellent as the weather was cold for San Diego standards. At the deepest it is less than 5 feet and is small enough that the walls are a one breath swim away! However, it was large enough to bring some dive toys and have 4 kids enjoy swimming without bumping into each other. Our kids, all under 9 years old, enjoyed the pool immensely! Plenty of living space indoors for when it did rain. There are plenty of showers/bathtubs and hot water for most of our group to shower at the same time. Plenty of towels as well. We only found 4 washcloths though. The kitchen is huge. A few appliances' displays were broken, so it was difficult to see what exactly the dishwasher setting was or how long food was in the microwave, but overall not an inconvenience. The washer and dryer are big enough to keep up with 4 messy kids. Restaurants are a 2 block walk. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk. Grocery store is a 1 block walk. One tip that we wish we would have known before arriving, the closet in the master bedroom is VERY big and large enough to fit a crib/pack and play. For any family with an infant, this may be a good option! Overall, it is a fantastic house and a bit better than advertised. We were very pleased with our stay.

We had such a great time at this home. I had 13 girlfriends visiting me from out of town for my bachelorette and I'm so happy I chose this home. It was clean, spacious, modern, and in a great location. The host is incredibly communicative and he was replying within minutes when we wanted to request to turn on the pool or hot-tub heating. The house is located in a very nice location, and comfortably sleeps a lot of people. There are some minor inconveniences with things like no propane for the grill, and the 10pm shut-off of the hotub, but overall the house and owner were great. It's only a 15 minute walk to the beach, and has some nice coffee shops and a small grocery store within a few blocks. Great home base for a trip to pacific beach.

The house was huge, clean and in a great location - walkable to food, shopping and the beach. The backyard and pool are smaller than they appear in the pictures and the host controls the pool and jacuzzi lights, jets and heating, but the he was very responsive, so no issues there. We stayed for a one week vacation with family - adults and children of all ages. The place was perfect for meeting everyone's needs - close enough to the beach/bars/restaurants to walk, lots for the younger kids to do in the backyard, and large common spaces (kitchen and TV area that opens to the backyard) that allowed everyone to be together. The host was very responsive, and everything was as advertised. The few things that came up were normal/expected for a large house and responded to quickly. We would stay again - perfect for a large family get together. We looked all over San Diego and did not find another house that could accomodate large groups, with a pool, and still close to the beach.

Amazing Vacation Home in Perfect Location

I was visiting California for a wedding and decided to extend our stay and visit San Diego for a few days. Given we were driving down to San Diego after the wedding we were looking for a house to accommodate 10 of us that would be relaxing for us after a busy weekend. We also wanted something with enough space and centrally located to good restaurants and “must see” attractions. Our group consisted of 2 couples in their 60s and 3 couples in their mid-20’s. This house was absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for! The backyard just can’t be beat. We were able to lay out in the yard, enjoy a fire, go for a swim and soak our feet in the hot tub. Perfect for relaxing and just hanging out. The inside is also clean with an amazing kitchen and tons of space to hang out with eachother but also enjoy your own space. The house is located just a few blocks from the beach and nearby tons of shops, restaurants and bars. The area is also centrally located within a 10-15 min ride to any other neighborhoods of San Diego. Overall great experience and would definitely look to stay again next time I visit San Diego!

Had an excellent time at this house. My entire family enjoyed the home, especially the open kitchen, living room, and large patio. We all felt “together. “ the home was well equipped with all the things we needed and fit the 14 of us comfortably. I honestly think they can accommodate more than 14 occupancies. I love the quaint neighborhood and the proximity to groceries and the beach. The furniture and patio furniture is a little dated and stained, the pool is smaller than the picture appeared, we did pay for the pool to be heated, but it was only hot the first day and every day after it wasn’t as hot, other than that it’s probably the only downside to this beautiful property. We were in San Diego go spring break with another family. This house was perfect for four adults and six kids, plenty of room to spread out. The pool was nice as was the roof top deck, both were used quite a bit. Only a short walk from Grand ave and PB with lots of restaurants easily accessed even with kids. We would highly recommend.
