About this house rental
This is the vacation house that you have been looking for! Amazing 3,600 square foot home 5 blocks from the beach! 3 blocks from the main drag of P.B. that has lots of shopping/bars/resturants. House is newly built and comes with all the modern amenities and space you and your friends/family need. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen or drinks poolside. Watch the sunset every night from the rooftop deck with direct ocean views! While being a great house for larger groups we ask that this house not be treated as a “party” house. No bachelor/bachelorette parties no wedding parties no I’m tired of quarantine parties. You get the point. NO PARTYING AT THIS HOUSE! I reserve the right now lock out offenders of this rule! It is close to great night life but is also situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please consider that when deciding if this house is right for your stay. Thank you!!!

The place was spacious and a great location but the WiFi was not reliable and the hot tub wasn’t working. The owner reduced the cost due to these issues. There were plenty of bath and pool towels but not many hand towels. Kitchen had bare minimum and no condiments and no bar soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner were provided.

Good location, pool was great, but the house needs some renovations/critical updates. It’s clear it’s a party house and overall quality reflected that
