Ideal for both large and small families, this duplex features a spacious outdoor living and entertainment area, complete with two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach. You'll be close to some of the area's most popular attractions, including the iconic Gulf State Park Pier, where you can fish, sightsee, or soak in stunning water views. For a day of excitement, head to Waterville USA for thrilling water rides and the challenging Escape House. When you're ready to relax, Johnnie Sims Park Pavilion offers a peaceful setting for picnics and outdoor gatherings.
Inside, the homes are adorned with colorful and eclectic decor and furniture, creating a whimsical and inviting atmosphere. There are two full kitchens, so you can choose to have meals together or individually. The covered back deck with an outdoor table, an outdoor TV, and a gas grill is the perfect spot to dine alfresco while taking in the beautiful surroundings. With a wide range of amenities, including central air-conditioning, two full-size washers/dryers, outdoor games with beach sand for the kiddos, all the beach gear you can imagine (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, and more), and WiFi, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, two full-size washer/dryers provide added convenience.
Before bed, gather around the firepit for a cozy evening with your loved ones.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved that there were so many beach items available for use such as wagons and boogie boards. The outside area was a great set up for grilling and hanging out and we loved that there was a private bathroom downstairs as well. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this location for families or big groups!

Great location. Wrong codes were provided, so it took a while to get in the house. Only three bathrooms inside the house, and one master bedroom. But overall a decent stay. Having access to beach items was one of our favorite things.
