About this house rental
Beautiful new 6BR, 4 Baths. Sleeps up to 20. HEATED pool, new dock and boathouse extending 125 feet into the lagoon. Just one block to the Gulf. Spacious living area can handle large groups . Large kitchen with quartz countertops stainless appliances . Two huge outdoor decks overlook pool, watch your kids swim while viewing the lagoon. The pool temp is set a 84 degrees in fall and spring. Master king bedrooms up and down stairs. Close to town, walk to Hangout. Bedrooms include the 2 kings, one queen, two with double beds, a bunk room. Picnic area by pool with grill and large dining table. Lovely sunsets from your dock. Dock has water, electric, benches, fish station, we have a dusk to dawn light on the water to attract fish......Close to town walk to Hangout. Walk to Waves convenience store and Beach House restaurant Best house on West Lagoon. We provide beach chairs and a beach dolly. HD TVs in every room, wifi, cable, washer dryer. I have a7 night minimum in summer, typically 5 nights in spring and fall and 3 in winter, but, depending on the situation I can be flexible with minimum stays, just check with me

This house was exactly what we were looking for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very versatile for our family’s needs - lots of options for both adults and children. The location is perfect! Owner was very responsive. Sunsets on the dock were magical! Dock was very convenient for our boat. Beach is less than 10 minute walk and house has all accessories you could possibly need. Would definitely book again.

Checking in was very simple. I was given the code via email. I got there about 15 minutes after check in and started unloading my luggage. Instantly I was noticing the many gnats all over the place. The floors were dirty and within 15 minutes my feet were completely black from how gross the floor was. The kitchen table was sticky. I messaged the owner and said it was dirty. He responded and said he would send someone over. The more I was walking around I noticed how the bathroom showers were looking rough and every single vent had black mold coming onto the ceiling. About 30-45 minutes the maintenance guy knocked on the door and came in. I showed him around and mentioned the ceilings. He said that he already had a conversation with the owner regarding that and recommended him having the AC cleaned. Another 20 minutes lady the cleaning lady knocked on the door. She was very nice and came in and cleaned. I also mentioned the ceiling black mold and said that she told the owner that morning. I would have not stayed knowing there is mold all over the place. By the end of the stay my eyes were swollen and sinuses were horrible. The house was also not stocked with toilet paper. We were completely out by Friday night and had to go to the store Saturday morning. This house would be perfect if it was maintained a little better. The location were perfect and the views were fantastic.
