This spacious home is located in Lake Havasu City, a haven for those looking to get out on the water. So much is within a few minutes' drive, including Lake Havasu Golf Club (one mile), London Bridge (three miles), Lake Havasu State Park (four miles), and Havasu Riviera State Park (four miles). Rent a boat to take out on the lake, lounge on sandy beaches, catch a glimpse of over 355 species of birds, and stargaze at night in crystal-clear skies.

Everything about this home invites you to relax, from the plush furnishings to the indoor-outdoor flow. Gather easily indoors in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the dining area, and the living room with its smart TV for movie nights.

But the outdoor space is the real star of the show, whether you're sipping your first cup of coffee with a view of the lake or barbecuing on the gas grill at golden hour. Take daily dips in the pool and hot tub, perfect your swing on the putting green, and dine alfresco every evening. Head indoors when it's time to turn in and choose between four bedrooms, with central air conditioning running throughout. A washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi are provided as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
