The house had plenty of room for our group of 12. We cooked all our meals at the house, plenty of dishes and cookware. Pool was refreshing and kids loved the ping pong and air hockey. Nice the rooms had king size beds. Great place to stay!

We are frequent travelers to Havasu and have rented 10+ different homes, we have a few favorites we have stayed multiple times. I have NEVER left a negative review. This home lacks basic amenities such as bathroom towels/bathmat, NO pool towels, hardly any kitchen supplies, we had to go buy a crockpot. Upon arrival the house seemed like it had been half cleaned, there were rubber bands on the couch, French fries & candy on the bedroom floor. We did not alert the owner/property manager as we had 8 guests and arrived after a day on the lake.
The water pressure in 2 of 3 showers is awful, 1 shower will only work at full blast which is the hottest temp setting. 100+ degree weather and only hot water showers available.
If you rent this home make sure you bring all of your own condiments, Tupperware & all cooking supplies.
