FABULOUS Custom/Private Santa Fe Home has it ALL. 4 Spacious bedrooms (2 are Master Suites with King size beds), 4 bathrooms (1 is located in the garage), and a 5th room/den that has been converted into a double bunkbed room with staircases not ladders and a trundle. The open spacious Great room has vaulted ceilings, cozy natural gas fireplace, entertainment center, pool table, and lots of extras. Huge Chef’s Kitchen with granite countertops, a center prep island, custom cabinetry and a pantry. Home was clean and perfect for two families. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen and great amenities. We had a wonderful time and would rent this property and from the owner again.

The perfect home for our weekend at the lake. You can tell the owner really takes pride in the property. From the cozy beds to the kitchen fully-stocked with all the equipment we needed to make a great meal, my family felt at home here. Communication with the owner was great, super responsive and available to answer all of our questions. We would love to visit again.

Laurie was phenomenal from day 1! The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is beautiful, clean and close to everything! We had a wonderful visit in this house and would absolutely rent here again! You won’t find a better house or host in Havasu!

Stayed there with family, including young grandchildren. The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean with everything we needed. We took advantage of the pool and spa. Laurie was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this property.
