Please note bed count: 3 new Kings, bunk twins in 2nd King bedroom Private 3rd King bedroom on other side of home and 3 twins in kids room. Total sleeping = 11.
'Casa Palmillas' one of the original early Lake Havasu estates in the fancy 'residential estates' neighborhood Wood Lane of south Lake Havasu City. The home sits on nearly a 1/2 acre of quiet huge palm trees and gardens, surrounding a large newer pool with diving board and separate spa. Close to shopping and the lake, with plenty of parking, the home sleeps 11 without crowding. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. $388 to $588 a day... maybe available for holiday weekends....no wild child...girls gone wild frat parties...please...families.... $198/minimum cleaning fee required. No 'clean it myself' option...it just doesn't work...sorry...Normal rates $433 - $588 a day; 3 day minimum. Worth every penny, gets all booked up, check motel summer rates.....Summer holidays, 4 day minimum. Cheaper than hotels and much much nicer.
Note bed count: 1 King Master with private bath, tub and shower; 1 King private bedroom and bath; 2 more connected bedrooms with bath and 3 twins and a double bunk so 5 twins; mats there for small kids carpet camping...but 10-11adults.

We had a family and friend get together for Labor Day and the house was perfect. The diving board brought back so much nostalgia and everyone was competing in a cannon ball competition. Great location, great host, wonderful house. We will definitely be staying here again.

It is a spacious house. It was very comfortable. The backyard is spacious. The pool was fantastic! The owner was in communication with us anytime we had a question. If you are looking for a brand new, updated place to stay, I would say you may not be perfectly happy however it had everything we needed and we were comfortable. Everything worked and we had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our time in the outdoor area with the large pool and diving board. This was an excellent set up for entertaining guests throughout the week. Very spacious patio with lots of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for enjoying pool time with many friends and family.
The interior of the house is quite dated and could use some TLC and attention. The owner was quick to reply to numerous problems that arose. There were major inconveniences with air conditioning not working and leaking pipe that caused a carpeted bedroom to flood -- these problems were addressed by the owner, but we still had numerous days with fans/blowers and musty smell. I had hoped the owner would offer partial refund for such major inconveniences.
The outside of this home is a wonderful place to entertain and enjoy the pool and beautiful surroundings and that was a plus. The interior proved to be a minus, so I would have to rate the overall experience as average.
