Welcome to HavaLOVELY Stay! Our charming pool home is ready for you and your family & friends to come enjoy, relax, and enjoy the beautiful city of Lake Havasu. We are within 5-10 minutes to all the attractions in the area, and have a lovely home we want to share with you! Vaulted ceilings, wood floors, clean, and simplified. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, LARGE backyard with a pool, many seating areas, pool loungers, and the ultimate privacy. Great parking for all your cars and toys. Come stay today!

>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

House was clean and spacious. Plenty of kitchen and outdoor eating space for a family with 3 teens. Easy and quick access to the lake and downtown. The pool wasn't heated so we didn't use it much but we used the patio area the whole time.

This home is in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. The whole house has been updated and has a lovely kitchen, sparkling clean and new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The living and dining space would be ideal for a big family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies (much more than most rentals), if you plan to cook. The backyard and pool is immaculate. They even have a bin of clean pool towels ready for you. We will definitely be staying at this house again.
