Most communication is handled through the booking platform, and we generally give guests plenty of space to enjoy their vacation. We only reach out when necessary and are always just a message away if something comes up.


Pool Sweep Notice

Our pool is equipped with an automatic pool sweep to help keep the water clean. If you prefer to remove the sweep while swimming, please fully disconnect it from the wall fitting. Leaving it connected and out of the water can cause the system to pull air and potentially damage pool equipment. Any damage resulting from improper handling may be charged to the reservation. If removed, please lay the sweep flat and straight alongside the pool deck.

Pool & Backyard

• No glass in the pool or backyard area.
• Children must be supervised around the pool and spa at all times.
• Swim at your own risk.

Respect the Neighborhood

• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise at reasonable levels.

Parking

• Trailer and boat parking are welcome.
• Please do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways.

Garage & Game Equipment

• Please return game equipment to its original location when finished.
• Children should be supervised while using game equipment.

Pets

While we love pets, this is not a pet-friendly home. If you plan to travel with a pet, we kindly ask that you choose a different property. Please reach out to your host—we manage several pet-friendly homes in Lake Havasu and would be happy to help you find a great fit.
