Sea Haven Cottage in Docking is a charming yet contemporary upside-down retreat, with spacious light rooms throughout. Located close to the coast yet away from the crowds, it is a truly wonderful option for groups of friends and families that are looking to explore the North Norfolk coast and countryside.
With Sea Haven Cottage being an upside-down property, you'll find a welcoming and generous living area on the first floor that seamlessly combines the dining room, sitting room and kitchen. The open layout creates a social space where you can gather with family and friends. Whether you're cooking up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoying a hearty dinner at the dining table, or unwinding on the comfortable sofas in the sitting room, every moment spent here is sure to be enjoyable. For those seeking some downtime or entertainment, the adjacent snug comes equipped with a Nintendo Wii, Smart television and board games. Perfect as a breakout room for the children, or simply finding a quiet spot to relax.
On the ground floor, you will find two beautifully prepared bedrooms and two of the three bathrooms, each having been fitted with blackout blinds and fine white linens to ensure a good nights rest. Offering a super-king in the master bedroom and adult singles in the twin room, most groups should be well catered for. Please note, a king-size bedroom can be booked instead of bedroom two with the singles - please ask at the time of booking.
Step outside into the enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property and you will find a true sun trap that is a haven for relaxation. A gas barbecue waits, ready for sizzling summer feasts, as well as outdoor furniture where you can bask in the sunshine, dine al fresco, or sip a refreshing drink after a day of exploration.
