We loved our family staycation at the cottage! Beautiful area and the cottage had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. Thank you Karen we will be returning again!

Location was perfect. Complimentary cookie treats and wine were a lovely unexpected touch. The cottage is immaculate and the little pub in the village was great. Location is perfect if you like to explore Brancaster, Wells, Holkham and Burnham Market. Perfect if you have a little fur child too - ours loved having a scratch on the Astro turf in the garden and also had a lovely stay. Best place we had stayed in Norfolk and we will certainly be back!
We found the pillows on the beds a little on the uncomfy side for our taste. Would be good to have a fluffier pillow so you can choose between soft or firm.
