About this house rental
Our Casa Enfrente is located directly opposite Villa Rosalva in the middle of banana plantations. Thanks to its quiet and exposed location, our little far away home offers the perfect setting for a few days of peace and relaxation. Thanks to the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the sofa bed in the living room, the house can accommodate up to six guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The two spacious terraces invite you to spend cozy hours, with views that include both the Teide and the Atlantic and offer breathtaking sunsets. Here our guests can enjoy their breakfast in the morning in a beautiful atmosphere and end the day with a barbecue evening.
Upon request, we offer a morning bread roll service directly to your door (rolls/80-90 cents). Alternatively, we offer a varied breakfast buffet (15€/person/day) every day on one of the terraces of Villa Rosalva.
There is also a pool for shared use on the premises as well as all sorts of cozy seating areas, which are spread out in our lovingly tended garden.
If you want to explore the immediate surroundings of Villa Rosalva, you can walk to Playa Jardín beach and Puerto de la Cruz in less than 15 minutes. From surfing to hiking to paragliding, there are various options for organizing your day individually.
