The nearly 1,600 sq ft of living space provides 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living, and family room. The striking living room space is accented with vaulted wood ceiling and a wall of windows to enjoy Morro Bay Rock and Hollister Peak views. The cozy family room has a fireplace and pull-out sofa bed. The family room opens to the kitchen and the sunny deck overlooking the spacious backyard. The kitchen and baths have been remodeled and enjoy newer appliances, granite and quartz counters, and tile flooring. The oversize garage comes with a laundry room and electrical 20/50 amp 220 circuits. The home is family friendly with a pack and play, sound machine, and baby gate for the littles available onsite.

Our walkable, family-friendly neighborhood is on the way to our beloved state park, Montana de Oro (and steps from a skate park, too!). Be sure to check out our low-key whiskey distillery (Foggy Bottom) and old-school saloon (Sweet Springs). Hungry? We’re just a few blocks from delicious pizza (Central Coast Pizza), Mexican food (La Casita), Italian food (Hazards), sushi (Kuma), and stores like Rite Aid, Grocery Outlet, and Ralphs! Easy drive to beaches, hiking, San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly, vineyards & dining!
