The motel itself was not nice. Moldy, not very clean and really old and dated. Lots of hairs in the bedding.

Very overpriced hotel, with issues

The room had plastic shutters that did NOT block out the light at night, coming from large, bright property lighting. It was very uncomfortable! There are not curtains to help! How am I supposed to sleep when you have giant, bright lights right outside a window with no proper coverage??? This hotel advertises that they have a hot tub - and they do have one, it is spacious and could easily accommodate 10 or more people. However, upon arrival, they told us we had to reserve it in advance. I think this is terrible, to limit guest restriction to an amenity that is listed on the property - what an unpleasant surprise. Sometimes its hard to know exactly when you are able to use the tub, and I want the freedom to do so when I like - isn't that what we are paying for? Overall, the hotel is very overpriced for what you get. The room didn't have proper drinking glasses. they were disposable plastic cups. The EPITOME of cheap!

We could have used a downstairs room. The stairs were difficult with luggage. The room was a little outdated but clean. For the cost ... it was fine. Wifi was patchy so it made it difficult to check in with work and family.

A bit disappointing facilitates & location

The staff was nice and the room was clean although outdated

Rooms look much much better on pictures. Everything seemed outdated and worn out. We requested higher floor in advance but were placed on a ground level. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Also, it seems that Los Osos has an issue with fog, it’s very depressing and grey while just 10-15 mins ride away in Morro Bay it’s sunny and beautiful, so would absolutely stay there rather if going to the area again.

Nice big room and patio, which we really love. To sit there, watching sunset and have a drink is one of the best moments of our holiday (we get probably best room in whole hotel). We were really satisfied. Location was nice too.

location was convenient to places we wanted to visit. The morning staff at the help desk was understanding and helpful.

there was no wifi in our room, which was highly inconvenient and resulted in us having to move rooms for the second night of our stay. Also, the rooms did not have smart TVs, which seemed a little outdated.

Take a break here to enjoy the pretty town of Los Osos.

Right in the middle of LA ans SFO. Good place to take a break. Very friendly staff and was packed with golfers the next morning, so I am sure people love it here. Highly rated restaurant though we went and ate at Sylvester’s (can’t be missed). Large, clean rooms with all possible facilities including fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a decent wifi connection.

Very basic property and rooms (atleast the one we got was very average - the pictures on booking.com looked much nicer). Our patio just looked at the other guys room.

Great location for visiting Montana de Oro

For the most part the stay was excellent. It was well-positioned to Montana de Oro which is why we came. The grounds were lovely and clean. The in-room coffee was good and there were a lot of DVD selections.

Our room was a little dingy. The marketing photo showed wood flooring and our room had stained carpet. It looked like some rooms had been updated, but we didn't get one of those rooms. The bathroom was in need of updating as well.

hotel should aware on their website that swimm pool is closed. I book this hotel expecting swimm pool and upon arrivals front desk said that pools it closed during covid . that’s not fare because you can’t cancel hotel even website description wasn’t match correctly
