Le Poucet Oriental is an isolated holiday home in Provence Verte, a haven of peace, ideal place to relax, reconnect with nature and discover the timeless charm of Provence.
About 4km from the village, a vehicle is essential to take the access road (attention, no car too low). A small path through a forest of pines and holm oaks allows you to reach the village in 30 minutes on foot.
The house, with a rustic character, has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 2 twin beds), accessible by stairs with irregular steps. The bathroom is on the ground floor, with shower, sink and toilet.
The living room and dining room have kept the traditional look and plunges you into a Provencal sheepfold atmosphere.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and opens onto a first terrace with a small table. A pergola was installed nearby to create a shaded dining area (electric plancha available).
The pool is new, with a Lino coating, a heat pump for prolonged use in the season and an automatic roller shutter to keep the water at the right temperature.
Garden equipment is at your disposal for your well-being.
Whether to enjoy nature, discover local history and culture, or simply relax in an enchanting setting, Cotignac offers an ideal getaway for a relaxing holiday in the south of France.
Extra charges :
End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.

This place has everything you could want for a family holiday, well equipped kitchen, a lot of space so we dont get on each others nerves, we were 5 people, and the swimming pool seems bigger in real life than in the photos. The setting is beautiful, forest nearby for walks and a feeling you are really in the country, and the lavender by the pergola is a lovely touch. The stone house was so cooling when the sun was hot, its a perfect blend of rustic authenticity with modern facilities, we had a fabulous holiday and would go back again.
