The Conifer Studio is a newly refurbished ground level, well equipped studio, with everything you would need for a short or extended stay in Oxford. The studio is fantastic for a solo traveller who is visiting Oxford for a short city break or a longer period of time for a business trip.

- Private entrance on the ground floor.
- Kitchenette with washer-dryer, microwave, small fridge, hob for cooking, chinaware and cooking utensils.
- Bedroom area with comfortable double bed (standard double bed 4ft 6inch x 6ft 3 inches or 135cm x 190cm) and a small desk area with a small comfy chair.
- Small flat screen TV
- Chest of drawers, coat hangers.
- Small desk with desk chair and small comfy chair.
- Bathroom room with electric shower, wash basin and WC.
- Roof lights provide extra brightness.
- Hosts live next door and on hand for any questions.
Other Information:
- WIFI included.
- Bed linen and towels included with a change of linen if your stay is longer than ten nights.
- Central heating.
- Iron, ironing board and hoover are available for use, upon request.
- Safe and secure accommodation for a single female guest.
