The casita is modern, comfortable, the AC in the bedroom working well. The location is great, in the middle of the forest: perfect for nature lovers and birders (we saw sloths and at least a dozen bird species around the property). Buses (company Mepe) stop in front of the path. The beach is 15 min away by foot, the city center of Cahuita about 30. Ken and Cheri were wonderful hosts to us. They live on the property since recently, and were very attentive. Ken took us around by car on multiple occasions on demand, they gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped with our laundry!

We had a wonderful time at Serenity House. Everything you need is there. The hosts went above and beyond. They offered us rides when needed, were always available. Super kind and friendly. We felt at home!

We loved everything about our stay there. From super friendly and welcoming hosts to a lovely casita in beautiful Costa Rican nature - we recommend anyone to spend some time at Serenity House. The house is well equipped with all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. The area is really safe, there is easy access to the main town of Cahuita and the National park.
We were satisfied with everything.
