Enjoyed my stay here! Everything worked perfectly, and everything I needed was available — even thoughtful details like soap, a shoehorn, sugar sticks, etc. The underground parking space was large and very comfortable. The apartment was big and clean. Definitely recommend!

No elevator, top floor

Spacious apartment. Two washrooms. Underground private parking included, free of charge public parking places available nearby. Convenient location for travelling by car. Android TV with HDMI cable.

The apartment generally matches the description, it is located near the metro, with shops nearby. We found the apartment quickly, thank you for the video and the detailed instructions on how to get in. There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. It’s not a catastrophe, but with suitcases it’s not very convenient. The apartment has plenty of dishes and a basic set of cleaning supplies in the bathroom. The bed linen and towels are clean. The apartment has plenty of different closets.

Overall, it’s not bad, but definitely not good either. The shelves inside the closets needed to be dusted before putting things in. The cleaning was careless, the floor was dirty. This made us uncomfortable, and we tried to clean up ourselves, at least vacuum, but this is unacceptable because we are not paying money for that. The tiles in the corridor and kitchen are damaged, and the black grout makes the floor look messy. Many things in the apartment need some basic renovation, especially the sockets, which are hanging loose. For four people staying five nights, there was only one small towel for hands and face, despite the apartment having two bathrooms. The coffee machine mentioned in the description was also missing.
