The location was perfect. The apartment was well equipped and spacious.

Overall it was a good stay. I'd come here again. The check-in was super easy. I arrived at midnight and was given all the instructions for the door codes with pictures. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place with no hassle in terms of finding the location and the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were the basics like salt, olive oil, pepper, tea, coffee. The pillows in the bedroom were extremely comfortable, and the bed itself. The apartment is great overall. I liked that there was an extra blanket in the cupboard. It got pretty cold outside. The staff was prompt in responding to questions.

There were no toiletries like a small shampoo or soap. Being that I arrived at midnight, there was nothing other than handsoap to use for the shower. Quite inconvenient for a traveler on business the next morning. Also, after I bought some shampoo and shower gel, there was no shelf in the shower area to set them on. I had to keep them on the floor of the shower. Also no slippers - which is optional, of course, but would be nice to have for this price.

Exceptionally spacious and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Quick response by management when we requested extra towels. Excellent location for public transport and shopping. Extremely quiet (even with the windows open) given the very central location.

The stairwell is uninviting and the apartment, while elegant, doesn’t get much natural light. There were some small technical issues 1. The shower holder was broken so we couldn’t adjust the height of the showerhead - annoying for my husband who is tall. 2. The kettle blew the fuse out every time we tried to use it (fortunately we were able to locate the fuse box).

Incredible central location. Everything very close. Shopping center and central station.

At first glance it looks adorable. But then you see everything is broken/worn down. I had dirty sink with hairs. Dirty couch with dog hair? There was open electrics, limed water cooker, shower with not a constant hot water supply, etc. etc. for the same price you have a couple 4 star hotel rooms just over street where everything is superb ( I did it ). Only positive thing is the location, if you wanna be close to the central station. Otherwise even the location is a little bit shady. Ps. Advertised balcony, but not really a balcony. The value for the price was extreme low.
