The location was pretty good, with metro, tram and bus stations in the near area. There was also a big mall nearby. The beds were very comfortable.
During our travels the weather was very hot (up to 39⁰C) and this apartment was on the 14th floor. The sun was very strong and therefore made it very hot, since it didn't have an AC, only a fan.

The apartment clearly was renovated which is great but it is not as clean as it should be.
The kitchen is fully equipped which is great! Big fridge and freezer. Dishwasher. Everything you need to cook. Really nice. The water kettle is really old and needs to be replaced though.
A coffee place just across the street , in addition to a couple of little supermarkets.
The windows were really dirty , the towels had hair in the them! The shower was all rusty and very old it was not clean! I was disgusted to take a shower in it.
In addition to the stinky smell that was always in the bathroom! I think there’s a problem with the sewage system!
Our original booking was in another place but for some reason they had to change our booking to a different location. To be fair they offered us a full refund or accept the other location. Due to the tight schedule we wouldn’t have managed to find another place. So we accepted the suggested place.
Batteries of the TV remote controls were dead as well.
