The property is exceptionally clean and located in a prime area in the city whilst also being quiet during the night. The host Huy (Andy) was very responsive with any queries I had and made sure I had a good stay.

Great location, comfy bed, clean room, ease of check-in/check-out. Staff/owner were very attentive and helpful and easy to contact.
I believe this is standard for apartments in Vietnam but the security process before 8 and after 4 was a bit awkward. I realize that because this is an apartment and not a hotel there is no reception/front desk. However this requires opening/closing of gates and doors and requires the room key/card for access to the elevator. If you are not familiar with this situation it can be cumbersome.
