Very private and quiet.
A few cockroaches got in despite of having the doors locked, and the toilet was smelly

This place is so close to everything. You have freedom The owner responds pretty quickly
The room is full of cockroaches. The bathroom smells like Cockroaches. The alley is not clean. There was a used can on the fridge.
