    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well organised, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Tracy and Jenny from the reception team were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

    This is the second hotel under the Concept chain that I have stayed in, the first being the Concept Hotel City Centre. Yes, you can consider it a budget hotel, but it has pretty much everything you need. I stayed 6 nights and have no complaints. Food and coffee is beside you, across the road, and within 3mins walking radius. I would consider coming back again for sure.

    "Come as a guest, stay as a friend, leave as family" - You can't describe better! Unbelievable experience! From security, cleaners, receptionist to management everyone is polite friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean if you need a central location I would advise you this hotel should be your number one choice.

    Pros: • 24 hour reception with doorman / security. • Location is great not too far from main city and not too close to be away from busy road. • Room is clean on arrival and some staff speaks great English. • Free washing machine and dryer to use with washing powder supplied (request to reception). • Daily Room making if required sheet changes, need to notify reception. • Small gym available for use. • Drinkable tap water supplied or able to refill outside your room (each floor has their own water station). Cons: • Soundproofing for room is so so bad. Anyone speaking outside your room, opening their door, using the lift, walking up and down the stairs, next door building knocking and talking you can hear them all. For light sleepers.. good luck. • Air conditioning is so loud and as it blows, it hits the blind and it keep banging on the wall. • Toilet spray is so weak but when you adjust it, it can be too strong. • Some receptionist doesn't even acknowledge you. • Toilet smells like mould. • Hotel is expensive for it's bad soundproofing.
