Located outside the town, high up in the forest. Stunning place. Breakfast is rather light but fine. The standard room is quite small, very clean, with a balcony that can barely fit one chair.

And the joke is the shower — it’s very close to the toilet with no partition between them. In other words, you can literally shower while sitting on the toilet… a real time-saver! But overall, it’s recommended.

Amazing service with stunning location

The location of the hotel in the middle of pine trees on a little mountain facing Permet is amazing. Even more amazing is how this family owned place is managed. The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Permet!

wonderful hotel. located on a hill, in a pine forest, overlooking the city. the hotel is new and modern, very clean, very stylish. the staff is very friendly. the hotel has a tarace with dinning tables where breakfast is served. the hotel has a fine restaurant as well

Lovely stay and would not hesitate to return

Immaculately clean. Dining tables on lovely spacious deck enabled fantastic viewing of surrounding mountains. Quiet and peaceful. Ten minutes walk out of town but still very easy to wander into the centre for meal.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Highly recommend

Beautiful location with mountain views. The room was exceptionally clean with a nice modern decor and a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries provided. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed on the patio. The staff were helpful and polite. Only a short drive to the thermal pools. Would highly recommend.

Hotel was okay and a bit outside the city

The hotel was clean and in a nice location up the hill. It was a 15min walk to the city. It was very quiet at night. The room was rather small and it was a bit hard to open our luggage. The guy from the hotel was nice but his English wasn’t good which is why it sometimes felt a bit distanced and not so welcoming.

The room wasn’t big and the guy from the hotel didn’t speak English very well.

Ruhig, Angenehm & Köstlich

Gepflegte Unterkunft, Ausstattung sehr neuwertig. Ein Hotel wo nicht ständig die Klimaanlage surrt. Bewirtung hervorragend. Besitzer absolut bemüht und hilfsbereit. Haben uns nach einen Problem mit dem Auto zu einem Mechaniker begleitet und übersetzt.

Merveilleux

Très bel hôtel en montagne dans un emplacement calme avec une belle vue. La famille qui tient l’hôtel est aux petits soins, on nous a fait un cadeau à l’arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est au top, on nous cuisine tout le matin selon nos désirs. La chambre était très belle et spacieuse.

C'est simple je n'ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli de ma vie dans un hôtel. C'est un établissement familial, où on se sent immédiatement à l'aise. Les propriétaires sont très attentif à votre bien être et à votre confort. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Terrasse magnifique avec vue. Les plats proposés sont variés, copieux et surtout délicieux. Un vrai plus pour l’accueil des enfants : Pour faire simple, ils sont traités comme des rois Aussi, l'emplacement est idéal pour ce rendre aux bains chauds naturels à proximité. Panorama ressourçant

L’accueil de la famille (3 générations) est d’une extrême bienveillance. Ils sont tous au petit soin. Leur « you’re welcome » sonne la sincérité. L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans sa forêt de pin , sur les hauteurs de Permet est magnifique. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée. Le soin que la famille apporte se sent dans les couloirs Nous recommandons cette halte paisible et ressourçante. Le vin blanc servi est un délice.

De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij. De kamers mooi, schoon en perfect op orde. Het ontbijt is heel goed, geen buffet maar wordt ter plekke voor je bereid. Er is persoonlijke aandacht voor de gasten. De ligging is fantastisch. Je zit in de boomkruinen. Prachtig terras met net zo prachtig uitzicht. Përmet op loopafstand. Goede airco. Eigenaar is zelfs mee geweest met doktersbezoek van onze dochter, die pijn had in haar voet Kortom: echt een aanrader!

Familiäres Hotel ideal zur Besichtigung der Langarica-Schlucht und des Vjosa-Tals.

Familiär geführtes Hotel etwas außerhalb der Stadt Përmet auf einem Hügel gelegen. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Betreiber. Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend, frisch zubereitet und lecker mit heimischen Produkten (z.B. Marmelade). Frühstück bei schönem Wetter im Freien (Terrasse). Fahrstuhl, Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf Përmet und Berge. Kurze Fahrt zur Langarica-Schlucht bzw. in den Ort. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel. Anm.: Anfahrt über eine steile Straße, wir waren zeitweise die einzigen Gäste in der Vorsaison (Mai).

Im kleinen Bad fehlt eine Abtrennung der Dusche, weshalb nach dem Duschen alles nass war. Zimmer klein, Balkon sehr klein, Bettdecke viel zu schwer und sperrig. Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank wünschenswert. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Dachterrasse.

Super fine og flotte værelser. Personalet var virkelig søde. Hotellet har flot udsigt, og rigtig god atmosfære. Placering af hotel ligger godt i forhold til at besøge de varme kilder og river rafting.

Bella la posizione in cima al colle e la nuova struttura. Perfetto lo spazio all'aperto con un ottima visuale panoramica. Confortevoli le camere, squisita la colazione ed encomiabile l'accoglienza ed il trattamento del personale. Più che consigliato!

Un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel, parfait !

La localisation (à proximité en voiture des sources chaudes de Benjë, canyon et points de baignade), la chambre et surtout la famille qui tient l’hôtel: adorable, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir partager un déjeuner avec eux et de discuter. Ils ont également commandé pour nous une sortie en rafting et c’était génial.

Il s’agit plus d’une recommandation car nous avons tout aimé : mettre un store ou volet aux chambres

Schöner Blick. Gehoben und einfach etwas anders. Alles top

Schon eine etwas andere Location, die interessante Lage, die Geschichte des Hauses, ruhig, etwas anderes Essen. Top Zimmer. Natürlich absolut ruhig, nur die Vögel Die Besitzer, Angestellten sind freundlich, wenn auch auf etwas wortkarg. Aber das hat ballot gepasst.
