Failsafe fabulous stay

The whole stay here was fantastic. Great communication. No hassle entry and the instructions and local information were a great help. The house was warm, comfortable and such a great bonus to be able to park outside but be close enough to walk into the centre in ten minutes. Shall definitely be returning.

Lovely house in a great location

Was perfect for us. Nicely furnished spacious house with very comfortable beds. Convenient location for the centre of town tucked away in a lovely quiet and quaint street. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect house for exploring Leamingon Spa

We were a group visiting friends who live locally. We Well equipped, quiet and immaculately clean.

I had trouble accessing the property, but the owner was easily contactable and they helped me over the phone.

Clean, spacious comfortable and very convenient. Great parking, friendly local pub just over the road serving good value food. Very comfortable beds, well fitted kitchen. Powerful shower/bath. Pretty garden.

Perfect home from home close to town centre.

Leam Terrace feels like a proper home rather than a cramped rental. Surprisingly spacious with separate kitchen, dining, living rooms and three good sized bedrooms. All within a 10-15min walk from the town centre. Work perfectly for us!

The house is spread over three floors with only one bathroom on the top floor. The stairs are a little narrow and steep so might be an issue for some. Not a problem for us and part of the charm of a period town house, but worth considering if you are travelling with young children or older people.

Fantastic location and house- recommended!

Excellent communication and a beautiful house in a lovely location. Lots of little extras around the property made this stay extra special, from tea and coffee etc, shampoo/body wash to games in the living room and online tv services. Super clean and beautifully presented, Andy went out of his way to offer us excellent recommendations for local places to eat, too. It was an easy walk into town. Would recommend and visit again.

Nothing! But for note, the property required people to use relatively steep sets of stairs to reach kitchen or bathroom so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues.

A brilliant stay and we will return!

We loved Andy’s property and had a brilliant stay. The New Inn pub across the road does excellent food and we were spoilt for choice of restaurants in Leamington Spa. Great base if planning a trip to Warwick castle. We will return!

The stairs are rather steep and no downstairs loo but we were aware of both and would certainly not put us off staying again.

Attractive, clean and well-maintained property and garden, a short walk from the centre of Leamington Spa/ train station with a handy Sainsburys local around the corner. Really clear and accurate information online and from arrival through to departure.
