Ideally located for a family trip to Warwick Castle

The property was perfectly located for a family trip to Warwick Castle. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was also a good playground just down the road. Plenty of space for parking. A quiet location and (the highlight for my son) a couple of bats flying in the garden.

It would have been helpful if there had been a few dishwasher tablets and a few more rolls of toilet paper. The dining room table was perhaps a little small for 6 and we could only just squeeze round. But these points were outweighed by the pluses of the property.

Awesome location and great facilities that I would recommend to others.

A wonderful location and a very safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking and access to local and large stores within a few minutes. Clean and warm and only a short distance from Lemmington Spa, Warwick castle and much more.

Only one bathroom but we knew that when we booked. Just a little tough with 5 people.

Beautiful, Clean and Safe home

Cleanliness was excellent. Location is in a safe, homely neighbourhood. Beds are very comfortable. Parking front of the house. Extremely large backyard.

Would have been perfect if there were more than 1 bathroom or toilet.

A recently decorated home with good wifi, parking, nice bedrooms and jus a short cab ride from town.

The house was easy to find, it was a great size for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the open plan kitchen and dining area and the sitting room too. The WiFi and heating details were easy to find, the house was clean. Entrance was easy, the rooms were a good size and each had a hanging rack.

We ate in on Friday night, we would have enjoyed a few more dishes for serving food (for potatoes, salad bowl etc). Also, a dishwasher tablet would have been a welcome addition, we had to wash up everything by hand which was frustrating when there was a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Modern, clean, good value

Modern decor, clean, well kitted kitchen, nice, roomy floorplan downstairs, nice shower, generous back garden, two parking spots outside (if not three), great location in quiet, well maintained neighbourhood.

Could do with a small toilet downstairs and larger dining room table, so it is a bit more comfortable for 6 people.

The house was gorgeous and in a lovely area and it was an easy drive to get to various places. It really suited our group of 5 for what we needed for the weekend.

Nice place to stay

Really good location for what we needed, nice house with good garden for the kids. Would recommend or use again if needed.

It may have been us not knowing how to work it or could be something wrong but the temperature on the shower was red hot, too hot to be able to use for the kids and we couldnt get it adjusted. Luckily we were staying to visit friends so used their shower!

Very comfortable, very clean. Good beds and bedding, good quality towels provided.

Kitchen could have had a few more cups and utensils, but this is a comment rather than a criticism.

Great house for a family and the owners were very helpful if we needed anything.

Very clean and well equipped. Also very warm for December. Plenty of parking. Plenty of space in the lounge and the kitchen looked new and was also well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
