I loved back patio area and the house was very cozy and felt like home

the home had a very cozy comfy vibe to it, we loved it and also the top deck, we enjoyed that very much especially at night, we would go up and stargaze!

the only thing that bothered me were the stairs leading up into the bedroom upstairs only because I slipped on them so I had to make sure to wear socks with grips lol

The house is in a safe neighborhood. It was under 5 miles to Garden of The Gods and Manitou. The beds were very comfortable.

I didn’t like the trap door that went under the house. It was not an issue just a bit creepy the first night.

The house is nestled in a very cute neighborhood that was safe and quiet. It was welcoming to walks in a safe neighborhood trail with everything nearby. The house it self is cute but needs some tlc. I contacted the host who seemed very polite and quick to respond. I will say the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the house was well equipped, the bed sheets, duvets, and pillows all seemed clean and comfortable. The kitchen had enough utensils, glasses and plates but did lack cookware. The bbq grill worked perfect and tank was full and ready to go. The backyard and deck worked well for our family evening gatherings and relax time. The house hosted a family of 6, (5 adults, 1 teen) just fine ,check-in/check-out process was easy. The host assured the issues I addressed would get resolved so that any future guests do not have the same issues. The house has a nice setup, it is in a nice neighborhood very close and central to many tourist sites, it just needs some TLC and just be aware the steps in staircase are not the standard size steps. The host offered me a goodwill reimbursement to compensate for the mishaps during my stay which I greatly appreciate, I hope my feedback helps not just future guest but also the host to meet and exceed expectations, I hope the refund is pr

The issues included sinks that were slow to drain in the master bath and kitchen. The host offered to send someone out though no one showed up, so then I asked the host to please fix until I checked out. I had 2 accidents during our stay, one with a family member falling due to a broken chair in the home and the other was another family member taking a fall from the staircase as the steps are very small (not standard size steps). I also reported the tub in the bathroom located next to the kitchen was not secure/leveled. It would move side to side while standing in it. The issues seemed minor, but reading previous reviews, it seems like the steps and tub have been issues to previous guest also.
