Dzieci były przestraszone karaluchem i mrówkami w łazience, ale to nie było bardzo uciążliwe

L’emplacement très central près de tout!!! Les lits étaient très confortable, la grandeur de l’appartement tout simplement parfait en plus des deux salles de bains!!!!

Nous avons été un peu surpris par la quantité de marches à monter pour y aller mais nous les avons malgré nous, fort apprécié

The apartment was clean and a good size and had a central location to local areas.

Unfortunately the description of the amount of beds and how they were laid out was not accurate. When we arrived there was a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. This catered for 4 of our 5 person party. The 5th bed was a fold out bed which was very small and was in the living room area. I would say it was more of a child’s bed size rather than an adult. The mattress was so bad we had to use the 2nd mattress under the single bed in one of the rooms, which was technically a pull out bed but didn’t pull out far enough. When we tried to lay on the folding bed it collapsed, and kept collapsing as was clearly broken. We immediately contacted the owners to complain. They did respond saying they would come and replace it but never did. One of our party had to sleep on the broken bed on the floor. The sofa bed in the living room was hardle a sofa bed. There was no mattress with it so just had to sleep on the sofa itself which was hard. We also didn’t have enough hand towels and requested them on the same day but again we only got one extra towel on the 2nd to last day of leaving. This ruined our trip as one of us didn’t sleep properly all of the trip. When we complained the owners were very apologetic and just said there were sufficient beds for 5 people didn’t offer an compensation, even though request a part refund, just for the 5th person they refused.
