The location was perfect for our needs. Very peaceful and quiet. Beds extremely comfortable. Furniture was of good quality. Kitchen appliances were good.
No welcome pack. No plug in bathroom sink. Shower is only fit for a dwarf! Only one hairdryer for two bedrooms. No mirrors in either bedroom for women to get ready. No shaver socket in one bathroom. In the kitchen only one socket for kettle/toaster/microwave. Loose floorboard into bathroom from main bedroom. Paintwork in lounge onto new plaster was patchy/two coloured and needs decorating. Plasterwork around main bedroom window was appalling needing immediate attention. All of this resulted in us not agreeing with the description of the apartment being LUXURY. Once these issues are addressed then would agree is a luxury apartment worthy of the description.
