Seaside Serenity Oasis - High floor - Stunning Views

The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was a great feature with fantastic views of the rock, the Moorish Castle and the runway. Lovely to sit out there at night. Great location too with quick access to Ocean Village and Main Street. The kid’s pool was clean and great to use the pools in the hot weather. The host very kindly allowed access to the apartment early to store our luggage, which was very helpful with an early flight.

I was a little disappointed that access to the pools at the top of the building (shown in the photos) were over 18 only, so it meant my husband and I were unable to use them with our children. I didn’t realise that until the day before we left to come to Gibraltar, but it is in the information on one of the photos and I hadn’t seen it.

Excellent location. Pool passes included for us which was a bonus . It was a truly lovely apartment .We had a very comfortable large king sized bed . Comfy sofa. Big Tv . Great shower . There was a Dishwasher plus the tablets . Washing machine plus washing liquids . Complimentary tea/coffee/sugar and water left for us which was appreciated. Lovely view from the balcony and nice seating on the balcony .

The towels left on the bed for us on arrival were 2 large towels and 2 hand towel but they were all very very damp. Too damp to dry ourselves with that evening -they obviously just been washed earlier that day and then just rolled up - very strange thing to do and no other towels available to use in the apartment . There were stains on one towel .The Pillows were stained and only noticed this when I took off the covers to wash them after 5 days -they needed protectors on them . We were there 9 nights but no clean bedding left for us to use , so I had to wash the sheets and try to dry them in one day . Also the same with the towels . I would have liked the cleaners to have come in and cleaned the apartment at least once during the 9 days we were there . Other places I’ve stayed in have had the place cleaned when I’ve stayed over a week . The balcony glass was really dirty both sides as was the wooden balcony floor - it hadn’t been washed for our arrival as my feet were filthy after walking on it. Sad to say these things but they are true.Didnt spoil our time and was a lovely place to stay

First impressions of the belligerent security guard didn’t give off good first impressions but it was sorted by the time I’d gotten hold of the representative.

Poor communication with owner. The description said we had access to a Spa,the owner didn't provide the correct pass for the Spa,we would not have booked this apartment if we had known we could not use the Spa. Very disappointed.
