2BR 2BA with private patio your serene escape

Staff were very responsive and friendly. Great service available to leave suitcases in their offices as we were too early to check in to the apartment. The apartment was larger than expected from the pictures, good air conditioning and beds. Fantastic location and good quality wifi. We had no issues finding the apartment.

Perhaps have thicker curtains or better blinds as neighbours coming in to the courtyard trigger lights which can be disturbing for light sleepers. It was only an issue once out of the 7 nights. A door or at least a curtain to separate the en suite bathroom to the master bedroom would have been appreciated.

Really nice apartment it has all the amenities you could ask for and the location is great.

Location was very good and interior looked nice.

Back door did not lock which presents a security issue. When I raised this I had to wait until the maintenance person was available on the Monday. This is not ideal considering I checked in on a Saturday. Maintenance should be available 24/7 especially when it presents a security risk. This also should have been checked before I had even arrived. Also no lamps in the living room so it was either very dark or very bright with the ceiling lights on. Staff took weeks to tell me that they couldn’t find a speaker left behind in the property. Poor service.
