The Loft

Beautiful place to stay for a couple. It’s small, but it has everything you need for the little time you’ll actually spend indoors. The apartment felt exceptionally clean and tidy, almost like staying in a hotel, and everything seemed brand new. One of the highlights is the private terrace, which is almost the same size as the apartment itself. We spent every afternoon there before dinner, enjoying the sunshine and relaxing atmosphere. It was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, with a short walking distance to both the city center and the old town, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. There are also several beaches nearby. We found it incredibly easy to rent city bikes, and within 10 minutes we could reach beautiful beaches. The apartment provided towels, bed linen, and toilet paper, and everything felt fresh. The air conditioning was also a huge plus and made our stay very comfortable during the warm days. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and responded quick.

Hermoso departamento en Monopoli, a unas 10 cuadras del centro en una zona muy tranquila. Super iluminado, tiene una terraza divina. Si vas en auto es muy cómodo ya que en toda las cuadras de esa zona se puede estacionar gratis, siempre conseguimos lugar. El dueño nos dejó unas botellas de agua en el la heladera que sumaron un plus extra. Lo súper recomiendo. Volvería sin dudarlo

Nada. Todo estuvo bien. Solo recomendaría colocar luz en la terraza como para poder usarla de noche y cenar ahí, ya que es súper amplia y cómoda.

-the description on booking is cheating!!! - it is a room in an apartment with the host, not a one-room apartment, the entrance is shared and very cramped. -the room is 16 square meters, not 35 as in the description!!! - there is no access to the terrace/balcony like in the picture of the description. - the mattress is smaller than the bed and uncomfortable. -the microwave is rusty and seriously damaged, it could not be used, it is a danger for healthy!! -in the bathroom there is only hand soap, no shampoo, no shower gel , no bathrobes. - there is no iron, - there is no clothes dryer. - the terrace larger than the room is useless, you have no shade at all and the entire neighboring building has view of this terrace. - it is not beachfront at all!! -the price was very high for the services offered. - the description is a scam, unfortunately I can not put more real pictures
