The apartment is large, equipped with basic necessities and the host was OK-ish…
The 8.7 rating is overrated, in my opinion, due to some important aspects: ants is the kitchen, dampness and paint falling off the walls, noise due to some renovation in the building. The location is quite far from the old town and points of interest in Monopoli.

Giulia Excelente anfitriona!! Casa Brina es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de Monopoli. Muy cómodo, limpio y muy buena ubicación.
Nos hubier gustado que tuviera microondas. Porque al estar de vacaciones compramos comidas hechas y lo ideal es calentar en el microondas. Por lo demás muy bien equipada

Łóżko w kuchni skrzypi, słychać samochody z ulicy. Segregacja śmieci i przejmowaniem się wystawaniem podczas urlopu jest uciążliwe gdy od tego zależy twoja kaucja.

Accueil sympathique dans un logement très propre a priori bien équipé.
Appartement 1 Climatisation défectueuse et inopérante. Nous avons alerté la responsable dès le premier soir...sans effet aucun ! Trois nuits très chaudes (28 °) sans climatisation ni ventilateur. Un manque de réactivité peu acceptable pour le standing affiché.
