Struttura pulita, camere ampie e moderne, cucina fornita di tutto l’essenziale. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i due balconi e il bagno finestrato. Host deliziosa e posizione ottima per trovare parcheggio facilmente e arrivare in centro in una decina di minuti a piedi. Condominio nuovissimo.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament, lokalizacja świetna - 15 min do centrum i tyle samo w drugą stronę do plaży, klimatyzacja, pokoje czyściutkie, łazienka również. Do tego wspaniała pani Giulia, która podzieliła się z nami świetnymi rekomendacjami restauracji 🥰

The apartment is large, equipped with basic necessities and the host was OK-ish…
The 8.7 rating is overrated, in my opinion, due to some important aspects: ants is the kitchen, dampness and paint falling off the walls, noise due to some renovation in the building. The location is quite far from the old town and points of interest in Monopoli.

Accueil sympathique dans un logement très propre a priori bien équipé.
Appartement 1 Climatisation défectueuse et inopérante. Nous avons alerté la responsable dès le premier soir...sans effet aucun ! Trois nuits très chaudes (28 °) sans climatisation ni ventilateur. Un manque de réactivité peu acceptable pour le standing affiché.
