Palazzo Lake Gregory

Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant. La communication a été aisée avant le séjour. Le lac est tout proche et à l’arrière de beaux champs de thé.Tres bons petits déjeuners! Les chambres étaient confortables.

Il faisait assez froid, beaucoup de courants d’air dans la maison, le Palazzo Lake Gregory est vieillissant mais a du être un très beau lieu auparavant, une rénovation lui rendrait sa beauté. Pas grand chose à faire à pied autour.

We had a wonderful stay in Nuwara Eliya. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Gregory Lake and just a short drive from Moon Plains. Our family was given the top-floor rooms, which had stunning views. On one side, we could see the beautiful tea plantations, and on the other, the peaceful Gregory Lake. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always happy to recommend good places to eat and suggest nearby attractions to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience.

One small suggestion that could make the experience even better would be to have tea/coffee-making facilities available throughout the day in the restaurant, along with fresh milk. This would allow guests to prepare a cup of tea or coffee whenever they like and relax while enjoying the beautiful views from the restaurant.

Very well maintained guest house near the lake and helpful staff. They even packed our breakfast to go. Pleasant stay!! Good hospitality.

The view was amazing and staff was incredible

The room was located next to dining room and no sound proofing. Could not rest or relax because we could actively hear conversation outside the door
