Nous avons eu très chaud (canicule)

Spazi nuovi e ampi, letti molto comodi, parquet sul pavimento, bagno spazioso, armadio spazioso, una comoda sedia a dondolo. Attenzione alla scelta della stanza perché ci sono i matrimoniali alla francese, più piccoli, oppure due letti singoli affiancati, molto più grandi. Disponibilità del personale. Vicinissimo alla metro e su una via di ristoranti e supermercati. Nelle vicinanze c'è un mercato tre volte a settimana per comprare cibo di gastronomia. Non abbiamo aggiunto la colazione ma nelle vicinanze ci sono ottime panetterie con dolci strepitosi. C'è la macchinetta del caffè (cialde buone) e del thè. Un piccolo tavolino e un balconcino che non è male per una stanza di albergo. È disponibile il sapone e il bagno doccia. Il phon è potente, ma va richiesto alla reception ogni volta. Ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli ed è stato comodo, anche se la linea della metro non è direttamente collegata alla linea per gli aeroporti.

La via è un po' rumorosa di giorno e di notte. Nella stanza non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma un ventilatore moderno che non abbiamo provato. Nel periodo del nostro soggiorno c'era comunque fresco di notte. Purtroppo le tapparelle non potevano essere abbassate solo in parte per fare circolare l'aria (o completamente chiuse o completamente aperte). Il bagno è ampio ma i sanitari sono un po' rovinati (es la tavoletta del wc instabile e macchiata). Abbastanza pulito, ma ho trovato il piumone macchiato quando l'ho tolto dalle lenzuola. E anche gli asciugamani non erano perfettamente puliti (qualche pelo qua e là). Le lenzuola erano pulite. Sicuramente il livello di pulizia ha comunque superato le aspettative rispetto alla media degli alberghi. Non c'è un frigorifero nella stanza e sarebbe stato molto comodo per l'acqua.

Buena ubicación, junto a Boca de metro. Barrio tranquilo.

Ruido de metro, habitación pequeña sin aire acondicionado. No nos cambiaron las toallas en los 3 días en que nos alojamos.

The location is very convenient and easily accessible by public transport.

On our first day, we were unpleasantly surprised by the lack of a safety deposit box in our room. We therefore went to the reception just to ask (not complain) kindly whether there is a better room that has a safety deposit box, so that we could upgrade.  The receptionist told us off with a rude tone, saying that it is stated on the website of the hotel that there are no safes. (This is, however, not true - it is not stated that there is no safe, it is just not explicitly stated that there is one. In 2026, a safe in a room should be a given, and no reviews complained about this issue.) She continued to sarcastically state what else there isn’t in the hotel - hair dryer, bath tubs, locks… I then said “That is totally fine, what would you recommend we do to keep our things safe?”, to which she responded with: “Well, go to another hotel!”. When we got back to our room, we called the hotel’s phone number to ask for the manager, although the same woman picked up and kept repeating that there is no safe in any room. We clarified that the issue was not the lack of safes, but her treatment of guests, and told her multiple times we wished to speak to the manager and not to her about this issue. She told us she would pass the message onto the manager and hung up the phone, after which she called us multiple times saying that we should write an email, and would abruptly hang up the call every time.  When we checked out on our last day, another receptionist asked us how our stay was - I said that it was not that good, but she just reacted with “Oh.” and did not even asked what the issues were.  Some issues that persisted even after guest reviews are: - The horrible sewage smell in the bathroom spread throughout the whole room; - No lock on the door (making us feel very unsafe); - The difficult access to the building when we had no card yet before check-in (we could not enter, but luckily another guest came by and opened the door for us).
