The proximity to the beach.
There was no chest drawer to put your clothes in. No light in the closet. Unable to open sleeper sofa.

The view is fantastic. The pool was nice to use after a long day of renovations
The remote batteries were dead. The pm didn't replace them during the three nights I was there. The pillow case slipped and there were blood stains on the pillow.
