With a full in-unit stackable washer/dryer hidden inside custom white cabinetry, dual walk-in closets, and over 500 sq ft of completely remodeled studio space, this Bonita Beach & Tennis Club studio gives up to 4 guests every convenience they could ask for. Add a quartz kitchen with a French door refrigerator and ice/water dispenser, a rotating TV viewable from both the living area and the king bed, YouTube TV with streaming, heated pools open on-site, and the beach just across the street — and you have one of the most thoroughly equipped studios in the entire complex.
On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
THE SPACE
From floor to ceiling, this studio has been remodeled in fresh, neutral tones with beautiful new finishes throughout — a clean, bright, move-in-ready space that feels brand new.
The beautifully updated kitchen is the operational heart of the unit, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice and water, oven, dishwasher, hot water tap, garbage disposal, and a ceiling fan — all framed by lovely new white cabinetry that also houses the full-size stackable washer/dryer. No trips to the laundry room, no coin hunting — just your own private laundry, right there when you need it.
The living area features an L-shaped queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted TV with YouTube TV and streaming services that rotates to face both the living area and the sleeping space, and large sliding glass doors opening onto the fully screened balcony with eastern views toward Fish Trap Bay — a lovely spot for morning coffee and fresh air.
The sleeping area offers a king-size bed with a ceiling fan, and not one but two custom fitted walk-in closets — a genuinely rare storage setup for a studio and a game changer for longer stays.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Morning coffee on the balcony with the sunrise. We made use of the for some of our meals. The beach is within walking distance so that is a huge advantage because parking looked like it fills up quick around there. Beautiful sunsets every night on the beach. We would stay again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful vacation. Communication with property manager(s) was responsive and good. Not sure about the "100 Free Daily Activities", information was not shared or left for us, but we didn't follow-up or ask for the information. Overall great condo!

The entrance lock is confusing. The bathroom had dusty baseboards and some hair. Much of the silverware was dirty, but I’m guessing that was because renters didn’t rinse dried on food prior to putting in the dishwasher. Otherwise very nice room, large screened in balcony. Nice pools. Had all amenities as listed. When we struggled with the lock, we texted the management team and they were helpful. The local condo owners were very friendly. We had a great time!!!

Property was not cleaned well. There was a kitchen with not may working parts. The construstiin was extremely loud and only in this building on property. Hopefully the management can work out the kinks and the island will heal from the hurricane. I would stay away for the next 5 years and let it work itself out.
