This unit has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
Not included: beach umbrella, refill paper products and any consumable items.

Very nice updated unit with newer appliances and smart tv. Location is excellent with two known restaurants within walking distance. The HOA is still working on past hurricane damage repairs. Only thing that should be taken care of is the bed box spring and or mattress should be replace as it ‘Creaks’ when getting in and out of bed,

Difficulty checking in. Poor communication from mgr. Defective coffee maker, chipped dishes, stained chairs, unusable beach chairs, tired towels. It would take little effort and money to improve.

Very nice unit. Seemed a little overpriced given the size of unit and the view. But probably competitive with the neighbors. Would stay there again.
