The tennis courts remain closed as the community continues its long-term redevelopment. Temporary pickleball courts are available for guest use.

The condo was very clean and had lots of nice thick towels. The bed was very comfortable. The washer/dryer was convenient for doing small loads of laundry. There was a nice view from the balcony. The beach was walkable and it was great to have chairs, an umbrella and cooler bag in the condo. There are 2 pools on the property but they could use more chairs by the pool. The host was quick to answer any questions.

What a wonderful stay! The home was very cozy and immaculate! The host made sure we had everything we needed- from beach towels, chairs and a wagon, to luxurious bathrobes! The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach. 2 great restaurants in walking distance. Marilynne was very responsive when we called her. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this top floor studio. The views from the balcony were exceptional, with views of both the mangroves/neighborhoods and the ocean. Location is excellent- beach is just across the street and Doc’s restaurant offers affordable beach-side dining. We felt sorry for all the people that drove to the beach only to find a small, full lot. Btw, the beach was gorgeous with white sand, turquoise water, and lots of shells to investigate.Also liked Bonita Springs, which is an upscale location between Fort Meyers and Naples with lots of shopping and restaurant options.Highly recommend this stay.
