Location, unit, and thoroughness of Evolve representative Barbara Gorman.
The noise of a walk crosswalk sign constantly beeping and loud traffic; due to the stop light directly below. The loud construction noises (drilling & hammering) directly above me on the roof; from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, throughout my entire stay. The scheduled construction over that period should have been disclosed, so that customers were aware of it; and could make a better rental decision. The sliding glass doors need to be replaced with soundproof sliding glass doors; as the existing ones are cheap, paper thin, and they let in ALL noise. Those sliding glass doors should not be in such a high-end rental property. Especially with that annoying beep, beep, beep, beep from the traffic light walk sign going all day and night long.
