Excellent, spacious, clean & well appointed house with lovely garden 2 minutes from the gare.

For us, the location was excellent. Just 2 minutes walk from Les Aubrais Railway Station, an hour from Paris. A supermarket, trams & busses into Orleans only 2 minutes walk. The easy flat access, the space inside & the lovely garden outside made for a very restful recovery time after a 26 hour flight. It was clean & very well appointed. Philip responded to any requests immediately. Absolutely fabulous shower!

Perhaps more than 2 small toilet rolls. We arrived on a public holiday & we're unable to buy more when we realized they might not last until the supermarket opened.

I definitely recommend this property.

I like everything. It was great, comfy… everything was there. And the decoration/design was very good taste. The shower is amazing.

When we arrived the house was cold as it was freezing outside but with the pellet stove, it kept the house quite warm.

Logement confortable, comme à la maison! Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de la conciergerie qui nous a dépanné très rapidement, l’emplacement près de toutes les commodités mais calme en même temps.

La voie privée pour entrer est étroite, quelques ustensiles de cuisine n’ont pas été nettoyés par des locataires indélicats, mais cela ne relève pas de la responsabilité du loueur.

Prima huis, maar..........

Ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima locatie wb openbaar vervoer en supermarkt.

De host zou ons in de namiddag de code van het sleutelkastje laten weten. Wij lieten weten dat we tussen 15.30 en 16.00 daar zouden aankomen en vroegen om code. De host reageerde dat het eigenlijk pas om 17.00 uur beschikbaar zou zijn, maar omdat het heel warm was, kregen we de code. Dit voelde erg ongastvrij. Binnen was alle elektra uitgeschakeld, dus ook de koel-vrieskast. Het was buiten 35 °. Moesten zelf alles aansluiten. Host had ons wel aanwijzingen hierover doorgestuurd, maar als je weet dat er gasten komen, zorg je er voor dat er licht en een werkende koelkast is! De verzamelbak voor het glas was boordevol, dit hebben we op de tweede dag laten weten. De host zou het komen legen. Dit is niet gebeurd. Tuin was niet onderhouden en daardoor minder bruikbaar.
