The Restaurant downstairs can improve its n variety and quality of food then more people will eat in than going to outside restaurants.

Basin and bath waste are leaking. Shower was full if mold all over Cocroaches in the bottom of the air fryer. Lack of maint in the unit

Location, pools, apartment layout and facilities, staff.
Cockroach problem has to be readdressed. We had exterminator come out but a gap between bath and vanity is a breeding ground. Jik sprayed in shower in between client stay will help with mould in shower.
