Location great, security and cleaning staff absolutely great. When we had a problem with the sliding door, it was quickly sorted, everyone friendly and helpful

The pub at the centre below got very noisy late into the night, especially weekends. Had to sleep with the windows closed, the fans helped

The location is excellent, parking so close to our unit, wifi working very well. The unit is very beautifully decorated, and the linen is clean and soft. Having our own remote to open the gate was also very helpful.

For a female guest attending a smart birthday party, getting ready is a challenge. There are not nearly enough power sockets in the unit, and it is very difficult to use a hair dryer - one has to improvise to get yourself close to a mirror. There is also no convenient space to do your make-up, i.e., a surface to put down your make-up, close to a mirror and with sufficient light.

We enjoyed the location of the accommodation. It was near to the shopping centre and the beach.

There was no flat sheet on the bed. This would have been useful as it was extremely hot. There should be an airconditioner in the bedroom. The ceiling fan was not effective enough.

The place was very clean and neat

The place was advertised with aircon only to find that there was an aircon in the kitchen only. The property was advertised on Booking.com for R2900 and when I reserved it took off R3 500 when I called the establishment they said it was Booking.com fees which I do not agree with as I only use booking.com for all our company travels. this issue did not sit well with me. When I questioned it I was told I do not need to pay the deposit of R2 000.
