It took forever to get into the accommodation, longer than our flight to Durban? total confusion on our booking to get access into our accommodation. we had to wait in our car for over a hour? Which is well not present

Loved the home. Beautiful home with minimal decor. Very open and airy. The host is very responsive. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Always helpful. Perfect location. Walking distance to the beach. The amenities are amazing. The pool and restaurants are to die for.

Easy access to local spots/shops
Friday and saturday nights the noise levels in the surrounding area was so bad, we got no sleep at all.

INo bath sheets
Pillows were very hard
No plugs in bedroom. Had to use extensions- one was not working
Appliances in kitchen -wires were too short to plug in more than one appliance at a time
Temp Contorl on air con not working
On lounger on balcony. Should have had two chairs and a table
t appears that ther is very little checkin up of the facility by the agent - they were not even ware of the door code to the 11th Floor
