Easily accessible to airport, shopping centre, restaurants, function venue
Cold wind through doors on 21st floor they need to be properly sealed , no warm blankets even after requesting it, , too many rules after booking is made , pre booking forms require copy Identification, breakage deposit not disclosed upfront, water seeps through both shower doors onto floor , health hazard, am sure am not first guest to experience this. Cleaning service charge for stay it’s not complimentary. Towels changed every 2 days , unhygienic.

The apartment was advertised as accessible which is what we need for our travels. It was spacious enough for our needs and really very clean and comfortable. The security in the car park were also very accommodating allowing us to park the trailer carrying our mobility equipment.
Not so much what we did not like, but rather suggestions on accessibility. The showers were bit small for wheelchair access and we would really liked to have had a hand shower to make showering easier. Also the dining table centre support prevents a wheelchair user from getting close enough. 4 leg table would have been perfect.

location is unbeatable. The property has everything you need for a short holiday. It has a great view and a little balcony, pity there was no chair.
it is on the small size for the price we pay. The internet was extremely lousy for this day and age. 2-4 Mps download in 2026, and for that price is unacceptable I find. Also the property was infested with cockroaches...
