The upstairs neighbors were noisy at night and also threw cigarette stumps and other items onto our balcony. The garage is too small for a modern car. I think it was suited for the car sizes at the time it was built, but it was of no use to us.

Excellent location. Easy access to beach. Close to shops. Gas of gasbottle was empty... within minutes a Webber was provided.

View and proximity to the beach, mall and other facilities. Comfortable and well fitted with everything we needed to live for the time we were there. Flare is very clean and having a daily cleaner included is was a wonderful perk. Value for money.
The inside of the flat is wonderful and looks to have been recently renovated, however, the building itself is one of the older buildings in the area and the exterior shows the age and is in desperate need of renovation. Parking facilities and arrangements could be better.

Breakfast n/a. Perfect location
Mould on bathroom and bedroom ceilings. Drain smell in the kitchen. Oven settings have been wiped off. 2 small undercounter fridges with missing veg drawers. These fridges need to be repaired as contents freeze in the fridge section. This unit was advertised as self catering but the above problems make self catering a challenge.
