The location was central to everywhere we need to go

No elevators 😢

Spacious, clean and easy to access

Everything was good

The unit was awesome. All amenities needed.Breathaking view. Walking distance from beach.

A/c in main bedroom was very weak There was a leak in the small bedroom which wet the bed. It could not be slept on for one night.

A big Bonus was that we had DSTV so we could watch the games over the weekend. We loved that the apartment and area was very quiet at night but yet close enough to the promenade & shops.

We struggled a bit to figure out the aircon system but that was not a big issue. The pin provided to pick up the keys was wrong and it led us to the Mall instead. we asked some of the shop assistants to tell us where to go and lucky for us we have been in Umhlanga before so we could find the place easy enough on their directions. However if you are a first time visitor this may be difficult to find. The instructions of the key in the Red box was also hidden in a very long mail, could be done clearer or in the tag line. As the ladies in the office do not really know who is coming to get the keys, I had no internet reception at the time to access my mails and luckily I had a screenshot of the email that I could access and see where the keys may be as the assistants at pick up point dont seem to want to look in the boxes without you having the info on your phone.
